Wild Hard-Shell Clams (Mercenaria mercenaria), working with small local harvesters we offer hand dug clams. This means superior cleanliness and shell strength. These wild set clams grow in the intertidal and protected sub-tidal zones along the shore of New England. All of the clams we offer are from the cold waters of New England.

Green Garnet – 青宝石
Green Garnet is an inter-tidal oyster started in trays, and then grown out in cages over a mixed sand and mud bottom. They are individually hand harvested.
Crystal Cove – 水晶湾
Crystal Cove oysters grown on the outer and easternmost edge of Cape Cod in a natural salt marsh that ebbs and flows with every tide directly into the north Atlantic. This unusual habitat makes for a very special product.
Clown Shoe – 小丑鞋
Clown Shoe is the largest oyster we offer. Full of rich oyster flavor from its long slow grow out; as much as five years on the bottom of a protected bay south of Cape Cod. It is very rare to be able to offer a New England grown oyster of this size, and almost unheard of in a product of this quality. May Flower – 五月花
May Flower oysters are grown on inter-tidal flats located in the middle of the premier oyster bay of the South Shore of Massachusetts. Although inter-tidal the grant is off shore and accessible only by boat. The oysters are started in a protected nursery system and then grown out directly on the nutrient rich silt bottom.
